Ingredients: Sugar, Edible Starch, Dextrose, Permitted stabilizers & Emulsifiers (E:471, E:466, E:407, E:415, E:401 -singly or in combination), Anticaking agent E:341. Also contains dryfruits such as Badam, Pista, Kismis, Kaju etc. in Badam, Pista, Dryfruits, Kesar Pista, Kaju Drakx etc. and Cocoa Powder in Chocolate variety.
100% Vegetarian.

Contains Artificial permitted food colours: In Kesar Pista, Rajbhog, Kesar Kaju & Mango-E 102 & E110:In Badam Kaju, Badam Pista, Badam Kesar-E102 & E133, In Chocolate, Butter Scotch-E110, E122 & E133, In Dry Fruit, Strawberry-E124, In Kaju Drax-E102.

Directions:

Set refrigerator to coldest temperature.
add contents of this pack in 500 ml. Whole milk. Heat this mixture while continuously stirring it. Allow it to boil for 1-2 minutes.
Cool it and transfer it into alluminium untensil or trays. Cover it and allow to set it hard in deep fridge.
when forzen, beat it in grinder-mixture at slow speed. This will make ice cream soft & fluffy. Again put it in deep fridge for hard setting till ready to serve.

Add 35 to 40 gms of cream while boiling the mixture to make Ice Cream richer & Creamier.
