Baking Powder
  • Ingredients: Edible Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate & Sodium Aluminium Sulphate.
  • 100% Vegetarian
  • Net. Wt.: 50 g.
Directions:
  • For ordinary purpose use about 15 gms of Eazy Baking Powder per 500 gms of flour.
  • Mix Eazy Baking Powder & flour throughly in dry state and pass through a sieve two to three times before preparing a dough.
  • The finished dough should preferably be baked immediately.
  • Eazy Baking Powder provides perfectly balanced action in dough, batter and baking oven. It is ideal for Cakes, Pastries, Biscuits, Cookies, Khaman, Dhokla, Dangeloo etc. baked products. It adds extra lightness to samosa,l Pakora etc. fried products.
Note: Do not bring a wet spoon in contact with the powder keep the baking powder in a tightly closed jar and store in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
