Custard Powder
Ingredients: Corn, Flour, Edible Common Salt, Permitted Food Flavours & permitted Synthetic Food Colours. (Permitted Synthetic Colours. In Vanilla & Mango E 102 & E 110, In Raspberry & Rose E 122, In Pista E 102 & E 133 & Pineapple E 102, In orange E 110 & E 124, In Chocolate E 110, E 124, & E 133)
Direction: For 1/2 Ltr. (500 ml.) Milk use 40 gms. (two heaped tablespoon) of "Eazy" Custard powder.

Mix the custard powder with little of milk and make a smooth paste in a small bowl.

Boil the remaining of the milk with two tablespoon of sugar (or more or less sugar as per required sweetness)

When boiling add slowly the above custard paste while stirring continuously. Boil the whole mass for a minute or two.
Remove from heat cool it and serve after adding Fruit, Nuts etc.
Note: For free flowing custard (pourable) use less Quality of EAZY custard powder
