Ingredients:
Wheat flour, skimed milk solids, Hudrogenated Veg. Oil, Citric or Malic Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate & Permitted antioxidants (E320). Raising Agents : Citric or Malic Acid & Sodium Bicarbonate.
100% Vegetarian.

This pack makes 50 Gulabjamun (20 gm each) after soaking in syrup)
Dirction:
Add 10 spoon (100 ml.) of milk or water to this "EAZY" Gulab Jamun Mix Powder. Knead gently in to soft and smooth dough. Divide this dough in to 50 parts and shape gently (applying a little oil on your palms) in to round or oblong jamin without cracks. Deep try these Jamuns in Veg. oil/ghee till golden brown.
To get best Result:
Heat Veg. Oil/Ghee in frying pan fill moderately heated.
Remove the frying pan from fire and insert one Jamun for trial. If it touches the bottom and slowely rises to the surface, add further Jamun. (If oil/ghee is overheated then the Jamun will immediately rise to surface and in this case allow the oil/ghee to cool down till you get above result.
Shake or revolve the pan carefully till all Jamun rise to surface.
Put the pan again on medium fire and deep fry till they are golden brown.
soak these Jamun in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes. To make Jamun Softer warm this syrup with soaked Jamun for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot or cold Gulab Jamun.
To Make Sugar Syrup:
dissolve 4 cups (600 gm) sugar in 4 cups (600 ml.) water boil it for 4-5 minutes filter to get clear syrup Cardomom (Elaichi), Kesar or Rose Essence may be added to enhance theflavour.
