Suitable for making at home, delicious Ketchup, Sauce, Chutney from Tomatoes, Pumpkin, Carrots, Dates or Other Juicy Fruits and Vegetables of your choice.

Direction for Ketchup-Sauce form Tomato:

Take one kg. ripe tomatoes, wash it cut it and extract juice by grinding in grinder-mixer. Filter it through a sieve to remove peels and seeds. (If grinder-mixer is not available in pressure cooker and then the juice can be collected by squeezing it through a sieve.
Now mix the powder of this packet with about 3/4^th cup (80-100 gm.) sugar (More or less sugar may be added as per desired sweetness) Add this mixture to above tomato juice. Boil the whole mass with continuous slow stirring.
Now stop heating and add liquid from this pack and mix it throughly & ketchup will be ready.
Fill it hot in a previously cleaned bottle. Close the bottle tightly. (and preferably wax it for a longer shelf life). Store it in a cool place away from sunlight.
