Suggestion to make ketchup from 5 Kg. Tomato:
Extract juice from fresh & Clean Red tomatoes. Remove seeds and peels. Now boil this juice with continuous stirring, add required sugar, salt & spices & continue boiling till required thickness. Add powder preservative (After dissolving in small quantity of water) and liquid from this pkt. Pack Tomato Ketchup in clean bottle. This preservative can also be used for pickles.

Powder: Sodium Benzoate
Liquid: Glacial Acetic Acid & Water
